As the hydrogen and oxygen nano bubbles are generated within the cell, they need to be continuously cycled out to maintain optimal pressure and flow.

The lower base facilitates this cycling by providing a structured pathway, ensuring the generated fuel is efficiently moved towards the injection rail where it can be utilized in the engine or energy-generating apparatus.
